This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Use (EULA). It applies to getrizzed.app, the API, and the iOS/Android apps (together, “rizzed”). It is published at https://getrizzed.app/aup. By creating an account or tapping Continue you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use rizzed.

rizzed is a dating product for verified adults. Flirting is the point. Abuse, scams, and underage anything are not. We moderate on purpose. Chats are not end-to-end encrypted. See the Privacy Policy.

1. Who this covers

You, anyone using your account, and anyone you ask to post or message for you. “I let a friend handle it” is still your violation.

2. 18+ is not a vibe check

  • You must be at least 18. There is no teen mode, no “almost 18”, no parent account.
  • You must complete age assurance before anyone else can see you. Lying about age is an immediate ban. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement.
  • Stating or implying that you or another person is under 18, or requesting or sharing sexual content involving minors, is an immediate ban and a report. There is no ordinary appeal window for underage or CSAM decisions.

3. One person, one account

  • The account is yours, and only yours. No catfish, no celebrity impersonation, no “managing for a friend”.
  • Ban evasion — a new account after a ban, hide, or device block — is itself a ban.
  • You are responsible for devices and codes. We may require Play Integrity or App Attest. We can refuse rooted/jailbroken or attestation-failing clients.

4. Your card has to be you

  • Photos, video, and voice prompts must be of you. Stock, AI faces passed off as you, and someone else’s nudes are fake-profile or sexual-content violations.
  • Media stays pending until it clears review. Rejected media does not go live. Common rejects: not you, sexual content that is not allowed on a card, hate or illegal content, or a file we cannot process.
  • Profile text (bio, prompts, tags, intent) must not advertise escorting, paid sexual services, or “content pages” as the reason you are here.

5. Chat only after it is mutual

  • Chat unlocks when both people like, or when you accept an intro. Do not try to bypass that.
  • A slide is a short opener (140 characters in product config). Use it to reference something they actually wrote. Slides are capped. Messaging a match is free and unlimited; that does not license harassment.
  • Unsend exists for a short window (five minutes in product config). Unsend is not a way to hide abuse we already logged.
  • A match is not a contract. Silence, a pass, or an unmatch is allowed. Do not harass them on rizzed or hunt them down off the app.

6. What we never allow

Zero tolerance. We may warn, hide, strike, suspend, or permanently ban — including on a first offence — for:

  • Underage. Stating or implying you or another person is under 18; requesting or sharing sexual content involving minors. Immediate ban, device ban, and report.
  • Hate and slurs. Racial, homophobic, transphobic, and other slurs are blocked in chat. Hate speech is a ban.
  • Harassment, threats, bullying — including after unmatch or in intros. Credible threats skip the strike ladder and terminate the account.
  • Scams and money. Asking for cash, crypto, gift cards, wire, “investment”, or payment apps. Romance-scam patterns. We never ask you to pay another user.
  • Spam and commercial sex work. Selling access, escorting, or paid sexual services on rizzed. Mass intros, affiliate links, and “message me on my page” funnels.
  • Off-platform bait. Pushing WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat, Signal, Kik, phone numbers, or “text me” in early chat. Filters warn or block those patterns. After a match you may exchange details; we still act if it looks like a scam.
  • Non-consensual sexual content. Unsolicited nudes. Sexual images of other people. “Revenge” or leaked media. Recording or sharing a private chat without consent.
  • Fake profiles, spam, and evasion — including automation, bots, scrapers, and ban evasion.
  • Anything illegal where you are, or in England and Wales (our reference law) — including drugs-for-sale, weapons, fraud, and doxxing.

In-app reports: harassment, hate, spam, scam, underage, fake profile, sexual content, threats, off-platform, other. We can act without a user report.

7. Sexual content — the line

rizzed is adult. Desire is fine. Your card is not a porn tab. Profile photos and video must be of you and must not be explicit sexual content. After a match, consensual flirting between adults is allowed. Unsolicited sexual images, pressure for nudes, and sexual content involving anyone who is or might be under 18 are not.

8. Do not break the product

  • No scraping, harvesting, or reselling access. No reverse engineering except as the law allows.
  • No malware, credential stuffing, or probing for holes. Report a security issue to [email protected].
  • Circumventing a block, a hide, a rate limit, or a review queue is a ban.
  • Do not use rizzed to run a business, a survey farm, or a political campaign.

9. How we enforce

  • Automated filters can block or attach a warning before a message is delivered.
  • Photos, video, and voice stay pending until they clear review.
  • We do not have to show you the model’s scores or the exact rule that fired.
  • We may rate-limit, shadow-restrict, or require ID again if risk scores spike.
  • Ordinary violations often use a strike ladder: three active strikes in 90 days is a 7-day suspension; a fourth is termination. We do not owe you that ladder.
  • Severe categories — including CSAM, sexualisation of a minor, underage disclosure, and credible threats — skip the ladder, terminate immediately, and device-ban so the account cannot be remade.
  • Banned users lose likes, matches, and remaining entitlements. No refund for a ban you caused.

10. How you report

Safety menu → Report. Pick a category and add details. If you are in a chat, we attach that conversation for reviewers. Block ends the match and hides them from discovery. Circumventing a block is a ban.

If you are in danger, contact local emergency services (UK: 999). rizzed is not emergency response. After you are safe, report the account and email [email protected].

11. Appeals

Use in-app Appeals or email [email protected]. We will look once. Repeat-appeal spam can be ignored. Underage and CSAM decisions are not “let me explain” cases.

12. Changes

We can update this policy. The Effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance. If you do not accept, delete your account. The Terms of Use (EULA) still govern licences, billing, liability, and law. If this policy and the Terms conflict on conduct, the stricter rule wins.
